Folding Tables and Chairs wants
the customer to understand that the freight charges to ship your order
is not included in the final shopping cart price. Once Wholesale
Folding Tables and Chairs receives the online order we will email
the customer with lead-times and freight charges.
Payment
Options: For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover,
Mastercard and Visa. Your credit card will not be processed until your
items ship. We also accept personal and business checks. Once we receive
payment your order will be placed. Please make checks out to Hospitality
Marketing Services, Inc. For purchase orders we require your company's
credit and financial information. Please fax this information to our
office at 814-835-2050.
Shipping
Charges: We will ship orders anywhere in the United States of
America. Shipping charges are based on the volume, weight, class of
freight and zip codes of both the vendor and end user. Because of the
size and weight of many of our products, we often have to ship via
LTL or common freight carriers, some products do however ship via UPS
or Federal Express.
Return
Policy : All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer
to the end user. The end user shall have 72 hours from the time of
delivery to return the product(s) back to the manufacturer. Please
notify Hospitality Marketing Services, Inc. to make all return arrangements.
The end user is responsible for, and will be charged, a 25% restocking
fee along with the shipping charges both to and from the manufacturer's
facility.
Damage
Claims : All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer
to the end user. Most products will ship via Common Carrier (LTL) while
some products will ship either UPS or Federal Express. The end user
is responsible to inspect all items at the time of delivery. Once inspected,
please note any damage on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) and
do not accept the damaged item(s). Keep a signed copy of the Bill of
Lading noting the damage and notify Hospitality Marketing Services,
Inc. immediately. Hospitality Marketing Services, Inc. will make arrangements
to replace item(s) as quickly as possible. Any failure on the end users
part to comply with the Damage Claim policy could result in additional
charges for replacement of damaged item(s).
